Wings was a British rock band formed in 1971 by Paul McCartney, his wife Linda McCartney, Denny Laine and Denny Seiwell. The band achieved worldwide success with songs such as “Band on the Run“, “Live and Let Die” and “Mull of Kintyre”. Wings was one of the most successful acts of the 1970s, selling over 100 million records. The band disbanded in 1981 after a decade of musical experimentation and touring.
