We are fully committed to supplying high quality, authentic memorabilia but we are also collectors. When we make a purchase we want to inspect it and make sure it is exactly what we wanted to buy. So we understand that you want to do the same.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers in the UK have the statutory right when buying online to return their order within 14 days and receive a refund. For some dealers, that seems to be good enough! But here at Presley Collectibles we wanted to go above and beyond your basic rights, and look after all our customers, not just those in the UK.
So, once your item arrives, you have up to 90 days to make sure it is exactly what you wanted – if you change your mind for any reason, please follow the guidance below to receive a refund, no questions asked. That’s the kind of guarantee we would like and that’s what we offer to you.
We believe this is a market leading unconditional refund policy, subject to the following basic conditions.
We never charge restocking fees but to be eligible for a return, you must contact us beforehand at email@example.com with any queries and then return the item in its original condition, quoting the Order Reference Number. Returns received by us without prior agreement will not be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and for the original purchase amount, minus shipping.
If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. This refund and returns policy does not apply if you are making a claim against the validity of an autograph.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Presley Collectibles, 14 Sunnymill Drive, Sandbach, Cheshire, United Kingdom CW11 4NB. Returns must be received by us within the 90-day period – so please bear this in mind when considering a return, especially if you live outside of the UK.
Please note, we can not offer a refund for returns lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you pack your item suitably. We suggest recycling the original packaging. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to also consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24 hours of receipt.
From December 2020, PayPal and Stripe no longer refund their processing fees. As a result, if you wish to return an order you paid for using PayPal, credit or debit card the refund amount you receive will be subject to these non-refundable transaction fees (typically 3.50%) We apologise for this, but it is due to circumstances beyond our control.
PayPal state: “If you refund a transaction to a buyer or a donation to a donor, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned.” You can read the PayPal refund policy here
Stripe state: “We aim to make our pricing simple and transparent, and our standard fees include access to a variety of features like fraud protection, reporting, and other tools for managing your payments. To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing, Stripe does not return our fees when a payment is refunded.” You can read the Stripe refund policy here
All Presley Collectibles items are sold in £GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or credit card company will convert this into your local currency. All refunds are processed in £GBP and you bank or credit card company will credit your account at the exchange rate available to them on that date. As a result, due to fluctuations in exchange rates, you may receive slightly more or slightly less than the original price you paid.
Unpaid Customs Fees / Uncollected Returns
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any and all customs fees. If an item can not be delivered due to the recipient not being available, it is your responsibility to collect the order from the local post office in a timely manner. Your country’s postal service will provide details on how to arrange payment of fees and/or how to collect your order if you are not available at the original time of delivery. A tracking reference is provided for all orders to allow you to see where in the delivery network your order is.
In line with our refunds and returns policy, unless contacted in advance we do not offer refunds for orders returned to us for non payment of fees and/or non collection from your local post office.
Mistakes and errors
If you receive the wrong product from us, the above non-refundable transaction fee statement will not apply – after all it’s our mistake, why should you be out of pocket! We will also refund all the shipping charges.
On very rare occasions, we find errors in the product stock management system i.e. a product is showing as “in stock” when it has already sold. If this happens, again we will issue a full refund including any payment fees and shipping charges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Presley Collectibles is not responsible for items damaged in transit, nor can we accept returns for orders damaged by third parties. Our refund and returns policy states the goods must be returned in their original condition. We package all orders suitably and insured as per your instructions / standard rates of insurance and we will always assist the purchaser in claiming for damaged items.
Please contact as soon as the product arrives. Remember to retain and take photos of the product and packaging as the postal service will need to see the evidence in order to process a claim. Delays in excess of 48 hours in reporting the damage may invalidate your claim, so act quickly!
Orders come with the following standard levels of insurance:
UK and Ireland – £750
Europe – £250
Rest of The World including USA and Canada – £250
Our COAs are not transferrable. The reference number on the COA pertains to the original purchase from Presley Collectibles and can be verified by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Given that signed memorabilia generally increases in value, we cannot refund against future values or resales. Any challenges to our COA guarantee must be supported by evidence in writing from a mutually acceptable industry expert.
Any refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only and for the original purchase amount. We will also refund any and all shipping costs.
Claims against the authenticity of any item sold by Presley Collectibles are not subject to the 90-day policy above, but must be returned with the original evidence in writing from an industry expert. By that we mean a company such as PDS/DNA, JSA etc., not a friend or man down the pub! We request this to allow us to make a claim against our supplier(s). If you are unable or unwilling to do this, then we regret we will not be able to issue a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
