Who are Presley Collectibles?

We are Presley Collectibles, a market leader in the provision of genuine rare and hand signed music, TV and movie memorabilia. We supply LP’s, CD’s, DVD’s, guitars and promo photos. In addition we offer celebrity owned artefacts and movie worn memorabilia. We are based in the UK and ship worldwide.

Where do you source your items?

Our collection of authentic hand signed music, TV and movie memorabilia has been built up from reputable auction houses across the world, from the Alan Freeman and Fred Bomar collections, obtained in person and from our worldwide dealer network.

What guarantees do you offer?

All hand signed items in the collection are covered by our market leading unconditional 90-day return policy and a lifetime Certificate of Authenticity.  Once your item arrives you have 90 days to make sure it is exactly what you wanted – if you change your mind for any reason simply return the item in it’s original condition within this period and receive a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

Please note, Presley Collectibles is not responsible for items damaged in transit, nor can we accept returns for orders damaged by third parties. We package all orders suitably and insured as per your instructions / standard rates of insurance and we will assist the purchaser in claiming for damaged items.

Our COAs are not transferrable. The reference number on the COA pertains to the original purchase from Presley Collectibles and can be verified by sending an email to info@presleycollectibles.com. Given that signed memorabilia generally increases in value, we can not refund against future values or resales. Who issues your Certificate of Authenticity?

We issue our own COAs and guarantee the authenticity of all our hand signed products.

Our COAs are not transferrable. The reference number on the COA pertains to the original purchase from Presley Collectibles and can be verified by sending an email to info@presleycollectibles.com. Given that signed memorabilia generally increases in value, we can not refund against future values or resales. Any challenges to our COA guarantee must be supported by evidence in writing from a mutually acceptable industry expert. Any refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and for the original purchase amount, minus shipping.

Each COA comes with a unique Presley Collectibles reference number and a description and photo of the product. On occasion we may also have the signatures independently verified and further details will be provided.

Any 3rd party COAs, verification or documentation are also included in the sale.

Are you SCA Compliant?

Yes! Presley Collectibles use PayPal and Stripe as our transaction processing partners. You can read our policy on SCA HERE

How quickly can I expect my order?

We pride ourselves on our customer service and strive to exceed expectations. We aim to dispatch your order the same day and where this isn’t possible we will always let you know why. Please note, the following countries are notoriously slow at processing international orders so please bear this in mind:

What is your returns policy?

Returns after the guarantee period are at our discretion. We never charge restocking fees but we do ask that before returning the item(s) that you please contact us at sales@presleycollectibles.com with any queries and then return the item in its original condition, quoting the Order Reference Number.

From December 2020, PayPal no longer refund their processing fees. PayPal state: “If you refund a transaction to a buyer or a donation to a donor, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned.” As a result, if you wish to return an order you paid for using PayPal, the refund amount you receive will be subject to these non refundable transaction fees (typically 3.5%) We apologize for this but it is due to circumstances beyond out control. Customs Delays, Fees and Import Duty / Tax

Presley Collectibles is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. To help reduce customs delays, we add your contact details to the shipping label. Please note the following countries are notoriously slow at processing international orders so bear this in mind:

Please also note, Presley Collectibles can not be held responsible for any customs fees / import taxes payable.

If your order attracts customs fees / import taxes in your country and you are not able/willing to pay them, your order will be returned to us by your country’s authorities. Any and all fees Presley Collectibles has to pay to accept the return will be deducted from the refund owed to you. 

Which countries do you NOT ship to?

With regret we are no longer able to ship to Russian addresses. If you live in Russia and wish to place an order please contact us.

Due to excessive postal charges, we no longer ship to Singapore.

Do you ever offer discounts?

We only ever offer discounts to members of Presley Collectibles.

Do you offer an additional services?

As part of a worldwide network of trusted dealers we can offer a free search and secure service. If we don’t have a particular artist or item in stock (and our stock changes daily so check back often!) we can ask our network to help. We don’t charge for this service.

Can I pay in instalments?

Presley Collectibles has teamed with PayPal Credit to offer UK customers the ability to pay for their orders up to £2000 over three interest free payments. Further details can be found when you checkout. Terms and conditions apply.

Presley Collectibles sometimes accept payments on account (instalments) for certain large value items. Once your application is agreed you can spread the cost up to 12 months and pay 0% interest.
