Goldie Hawn was born on November 21, 1945 in Washington D.C., United States. She is an American actress, dancer, producer, and singer. She has a sister named Patti Hawn and a brother named Edward Hawn who died in infancy before her birth.
Goldie Hawn started her career in 1964 when she appeared in Can-Can New York World’s Fair. After relocating to California, Goldie Hawn appeared in ‘Good Morning World’ film, later followed by ‘Rowan and Martin’s Laugh-In’ in 1968. She rose to fame on the NBC sketch comedy program Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In (1968–1970), before going on to receive the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Cactus Flower (1969.
Hawn is the mother of actors Oliver Hudson, Kate Hudson and Wyatt Russell, and has been in a relationship with Kurt Russell since 1983. In 2003, she founded The Hawn Foundation, which educates underprivileged children.
