We pride ourselves on our customer service and strive to exceed expectations. We aim to dispatch your order of a physical product the next working day and where this isn't possible we will always try let you know.
Once your item arrives you have 90 days to make sure it is exactly what you wanted - if you change your mind for any reason simply return the item in it's original condition within this period and receive a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. Our UK postal partner of choice is Royal Mail. For standard deliveries in the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully trackable and insured. Given the recent issues with Royal Mail we now use couriers for overseas orders - these are also fully insured and trackable. Once the product arrives in the designation country, the product can be tracked via the delivery partner's website.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail come with the following standard levels of insurance included in the shipping charge: UK and Ireland - £500 / Europe - £50 / Rest of The World including USA and Canada - £50. For orders in excess of the above we recommend contacting us before placing an order to discuss your insurance needs.
For high value orders, or those requiring expediated international delivery, we use a variety of courier partners, in particular UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT and USPS. There may be an additional charge for these deliveries.

Presley Collectibles is not responsible for items damaged in transit. We package all orders suitably and insured as per your instructions / standard rates of insurance (as above) and we will assist the purchaser in claiming for damaged items.

Presley Collectibles is not responsible for any customs fees / import taxes payable. PLEASE NOTE: if your order attracts customs fees / import taxes and you are not able / willing to pay them, your order will be returned to us by your country's authorities. Any and all fees Presley Collectibles has to pay to accept the return will be deducted from any refund owed to you. .
From December 2020, PayPal and Stripe no longer refund their processing fees. As a result, if you wish to return an order you paid for using PayPal, credit or debit card the refund amount you receive will be subject to these non-refundable transaction fees (typically 2.0%) We apologise for this, but it is due to circumstances beyond our control.
