Altered Images is a Scottish band that emerged in the early 1980s with a new wave and post-punk sound. The band was led by singer Clare Grogan, who also appeared in several films and TV shows. Altered Images had six UK top-40 singles and three UK top-30 albums, including their debut album Happy Birthday, which featured their biggest hit of the same name.
