Born in New Jersey on 13 June 1949, Dennis Michael Locorriere became internationally known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of Dr. Hook. Among the band’s most iconic recordings are Sylvia’s Mother, When You’re in Love with a Beautiful Woman, and A Little Bit More, all of which helped define an era of melodic storytelling and warm country-rock flair.

The group enjoyed international acclaim and performed in renowned venues such as London’s Wembley Arena, Madison Square Garden in New York, and the Sydney Opera House.
