For deliveries in the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully trackable and insured up to £500.
For overseas deliveries we employ international couriers, in particular UPS, DHL, DPD, EVRI, TNT and USPS. Standard insurance for these orders is £50. Your order can be tracking in the UK and once the product arrives in the designation country, the product can be tracked via the delivery partner's website.

Presley Collectibles is not responsible for items damaged in transit. We package all orders suitably and insured as per your instructions / standard rates of insurance (as above) and we will assist the purchaser in claiming for damaged items.

PLEASE NOTE: if your order attracts customs fees / import taxes and you are not able / willing to pay them, your order will be returned to us by your country's authorities. Any and all fees Presley Collectibles has to pay to accept the return will be deducted from any refund owed to you. .
From December 2020, PayPal and Stripe no longer refund their processing fees. As a result, if you wish to return an order you paid for using PayPal, credit or debit card the refund amount you receive will be subject to these non-refundable transaction fees (typically 3.0%) We apologise for this, but it is due to circumstances beyond our control.
