“Maybe” is a pop song written by English singer-songwriter Emma Bunton and Yak Bondy for Bunton’s second solo studio album, Free Me (2003). It was released in 2003 as the album’s second single to moderate success on different record charts, and it entered the top forty on the majority of which it appeared on. The song contains Motown influences, and the promotional video was inspired by the style of Sweet Charity’s “Rich Man’s Frug”. Bunton performed an edit of the song as her solo performance on the Return of the Spice Girls tour. This copy has been hand signed by Emma Bunton on the CD inlay card in blue ink.
