Once your item arrives you have 90 days to make sure it is exactly what you wanted - if you change your mind for any reason simply return the item in it's original condition within this period and receive a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
Our postal partner of choice is Royal Mail. For standard deliveries in the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully trackable and insured. For overseas orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, which is fully insured and trackable in the UK. Once the product arrives in the designation country, the product can be tracked via the delivery partner's website.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail come with the following standard levels of insurance included in the shipping charge: UK and Ireland - £500 / Europe - £250 / Rest of The World incl USA and Canada - £250. For orders in excess of the above we recommend contacting us before placing an order to discuss your insurance needs.
For high value orders, or those requiring expediated international delivery, we use a variety of courier partners, in particular UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT and USPS. There may be an additional charge for these deliveries.

In recent years’ Russian authorities have increasingly tightened the regulations around shipping to their country. In 2016 a temporary ban on private individuals importing non-document shipments to other private individuals was in effect, with no definite end date given. In less formal terms, this means that if you want to buy a signed record from us and you live in St Petersburg, you need to have it sent to a business where you can collect it.
If you aren't able to collect your order, businesses in Russia are free to ship to other businesses, or private individuals, although the latter may involve extra paperwork. For businesses sending to private individuals, no tax or duties will be applied to shipments up to a value of EUR €1,000, or totaling 31kg per calendar month, anything above this will have duties and taxes applied. For all other shipments there is no import duty for packages below EUR €200 in value.
