Annual stock taking begins Thursday, 18 December 2025. Orders placed on or after this date may not be processed until early January 2026.

To help ensure delivery in time for Christmas, please refer to the recommended final order dates below. These reflect Royal Mail’s official 2025 last posting dates, adjusted by two days to allow for processing. While delivery is not guaranteed due to third-party services, we will process all orders promptly:

Saturday, 29 November 2025 – Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Australia, Bulgaria, Caribbean, China (People’s Republic), Far and Middle East, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain.

Sunday, 30 November 2025 – Cyprus and Malta.

Monday, 1 December 2025 – Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eastern Europe, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, USA.

Tuesday, 16 December 2025 – UK Mainland

You can of course place orders 24/7, 365 days a year. All orders will be acknowledged during the holiday period and dispatched as soon as we return in the New Year.
